Rules to follow when using Hiraku Yumeta's character and/or voicebank

By using Hiraku's image, character, or voicebank, you are agreeing and adhereing to these rules. Please act accordingly and respectfully.

Attribution

  • You are required to state the name of this voicebank whenever you publish work that uses it. You must write the name exactly as written ("Hiraku Yumeta" or "夢田啓久").
  • Stating the author of the voicebank ("奈羽" or "なう" or "Nau") is optional, but preferred.
  • Do not call the voicebank by any other name, nor attribute it to any other author.

Usage Content

Please follow the law and general moral code when using this character/voicebank.

The following type of content is OK, permission is not required from the author:

  • R-18 / sexual content
  • R-18 / violent content
  • Coupling/"shipping" with other characters (BL/GL/NL)
    • Please follow other characters' usage policies.
  • Creation and selling of doujin goods (comics, CDs, charms, etc.) on a personal and non-commercial level

The following type of content requires contact with and permission from the author:

  • Political and/or religious content
  • Creation and selling of doujin goods (comics, CDs, charms, etc.) on a commercial level

The following types of content are unconditionally prohibited:

  • Criminal / illegal content
  • Explicit underage sexual content
  • Bigotry and hateful content

Character and Artwork

  • Published work using the voicebank may or may not include visual depictions of the voicebank character.
  • Visual depictions should be clearly recognizable as the voicebank character. This voicebank cannot be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters.
  • Existing artwork of the voicebank character may be used without prior permission from the individual artists depending on the artwork in question.
    • You are always required to state the name of the artist who created the artwork used.
  • Derivative characters are OK in moderation. Please do not violate public order or morals.

Commercial Use

  • Please contact the author for individual approval to use this voicebank commerically.
  • Any use of this voicebank and/or character that is involved with cryptocurrency or NFTs is strictly prohibited.

Editing

  • Do not edit the voicebank's original audio files.
    • Especially do not alter the formant or pitch of the original voice files "upwards" to obtain a "more feminine" voice.
  • Configuration files (oto.ini, FRQ) may be edited.
    • Redistribution of the editied oto.ini or FRQ is prohibited.
  • Do not use this voicebank in any synthesizer other than UTAU or OpenUTAU.

Redistribution

  • Secondary distribution of Hiraku's voicebank is strictly prohibited; unless the voicebank is discontinued by the author.
  • After the voicebank is discontinued, you may only redistribute this voicebank in its entirey, without any changes, with correct attribution of the voicebank name and author.
  • Sharing rendered singing and/or talking vocals created with this voicebank is OK.
